- He was at my cousin's wedding
John Landis was at my cousin's wedding, and when I was very drunk, I went up to him and apparently said "You're that famous hollywood director right?", and attempted to give him a hug.
I do not remember doing this.
The next morning, at the wedding's Sunday brunch, I confidently went up to actually introduce myself to him, with no knowledge of what had occurred the previous night. I was surprised by the half-hearted, awkward greeting I exchanged with him, until I sat down with my cousins and they told me everything I had done the night before.
