In the early 90's

Christian Slater in the early 90's acting like a goofy 12 year old and using his fame to his advantage. I was having a smoke at a resort and I see him giggling while holding a camera. He tells me to,"watch this." He creeps up to a girl tanning with her top untied. He'd got right up to her face, says,"Hi!" Girl looks up, recognizes him and freaks out jumping up topless. He'd then snap a picture. Rinse and repeat.
