The King of Dublin

I met Bono back when he was touring Australia for Vertigo. He came out, signed a heap of autographs. I was wearing a tshirt that said ‘Gavin Friday - the king of Dublin’ (Bono’s best mate). He laughed crossed out Gavin’s name and wrote his own on it. He talked to me about which show I liked and was quite self deprecating. Honestly he’s a great humble guy.
